    1.      Funds for updating park newspaper (cost unknown at present).  Scott
Park staff is updating the park newspaper and looking for funds (unknown $ at this time) to complete the task.

    2.      “Camping is in tents” program/purchase of 4 tents.  Scott
'Camping is in tents' at Lake Wissota, an idea I have for a program that can be given by staff which includes purchase of 4 tents by Friends Group. - Occasionally we are asked to give a program to a group and this might be a possibility. I thought if we had 3-4 tents we could work that into a program for groups of kids.  They could also be used on other occasions by the friends group when giving a program on camping. We could divide groups up into teams and have the teams race against each other properly setting up a tent. Perhaps offering a prize to the fastest team.

   3.      Upgrading nature center displays (possible new displays).  Scott
Taking a good look at interp displays in the Nature Center and upgrading/purchasing some new displays.

    4.      Eco box messages.  Scott
-At Wissota View we have a voice box that you hand crank (which supplies the power) and you listen to a message about the park.  There are spaces for 4 messages that can be chosen/played and we currently are only using 1 of those that gives some history of the park.  Would the friends group like to use one of these spaces for a recorded message about the friends group or becoming a member of the friends group?  I think the message has to be limited to about 30-45 seconds long. If the group is interested, I will need soomething written up so we can forward it on and have the message recorded on the machine.
